Our team brings intimate local knowledge to the task of project analysis combined with international experience in a variety of transportation modes. Our aim of providing New York with an advanced state-of-the-art transportation facility is matched by our commitment to vibrant public place-making and our belief that the new structure can and should be not only an efficient bus terminal but an inspiring civic landmark for generations to come.
Our transportation team consists of Langan, a global civil engineering firm with a long track record of executing complex infrastructure projects in New York, working alongside two Hong Kong-based consultants, CTA & DH Group, who bring to the team their extensive experience of international best practices from their work in Asia.
LERA, AKF, Suffolk Construction, and Lerch Bates comprise the engineering and construction management team responsible for solving our complex technical and logistics challenges. Jones Lang LaSalle, a global leader is real estate consulting, is tasked with maximizing the market value of the PA’s real estate while minimizing the cost of the new terminal to the public.
